How does the 30-day trial work?
Install Smart Metrics AI from the Atlassian Marketplace — every paid plan gets a full 30-day trial automatically. No credit card to start. Up to 10 users is free forever. After the trial, your Jira admin chooses a paid plan or the free tier.
Can I extend the trial period?
Yes. If your team needs more time to evaluate, contact us via chat, email support@smartflowstudio.com.br, or our contact page — we can offer special conditions to extend the trial.
Where is my data stored?
Exclusively inside your Atlassian tenant, in Forge Entity Storage scoped to your site. We — the app developer — have no access. We cannot read, export or copy your issue data. When you uninstall the app, Atlassian deletes the storage automatically.
Do you use AI on my data?
Only when you explicitly invoke the Rovo Coach feature. In that case, aggregated metric values (not raw issues, summaries or PII) are sent to Atlassian Intelligence, which runs on Atlassian-managed infrastructure under your existing data agreements.
Can I export to CSV?
Yes, CSV export is available on Premium plans. Free plan users can copy values from any chart manually.
How do I cancel?
Uninstall Smart Metrics AI from the Atlassian Marketplace at any time. No questions asked, no retention emails, no exit interview. Atlassian handles the billing pro-rata.
Do you support Jira Data Center or self-hosted Jira?
Not at the moment. Smart Metrics AI is Cloud-only because it runs on Atlassian Forge, which is a Cloud-exclusive platform.
