By installing or using Smart QA AI, you agree to these Terms.
If you install on behalf of an organization, you represent authority to bind that organization.
2. Service scope
Smart QA AI provides quality workflows, including test authoring, execution tracking, coverage visibility, BDD support, and optional AI/CI capabilities.
Feature availability depends on plan and release stage.
3. Use restrictions
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer or redistribute the app
- Bypass licensing, quotas, or security controls
- Use the app in violation of law or without data access authorization
4. Warranty and liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SmartFlow Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from app usage.
5. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms and product capabilities over time. Continued use after updates means acceptance.
